You can expect to work on live business issues covering all aspects of our business from management training to website design, interim recruitment to information security. Scheme Overview The 2 year management training scheme is designed to enable Consulting Network graduates to become well rounded business professionals. Each graduate will undertake four 6-month secondments across the divisions within the group, with the opportunity to work internationally for one of the secondments for example Palma, Paris or London. You will have the opportunity to undertake live business issues and learn how to manage the demands of a growing and exciting international business. You will be given the chance to develop your potential with the support and guidance of your line manager. Crucially at the Consulting NetworkI you have the opportunity to use your skills and really make a difference from day 1. Training and Development Consulting Network are very committed to personal development for their graduates that is why we have an intensive training and development programme which incorporates knowledge of Consulting Network products and services but also general management skills. In addition to this as part of the management training scheme you will have the opportunity to spend a week each year at the prestigious Henley Management College. Support Network Starting any new role can be challenging and that is why throughout the Management Training programme, Consulting Network provides a wide support network which includes our Strategic Development Manager based in Group HR at our offices in Reading. Our aim is to ensure you gain maximum benefit from the programme as well as achieving business objectives. To help you achieve this goal you will have the support and guidance of a second year graduate trainee who will give you an insight into their experiences at Consulting Network from a cultural and social aspect.
